Shipping Products
The shipment of the products is made through courier company ACS and ELTA door to door and is FREE for all your purchases, after the confirmation of your order.

Delivery time
The shipment is made immediately after the confirmation of your order and the delivery to the customer takes place within 2-3 working days. *

Product returns
You reserve the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

In the cases in which, with proven fault of funky-kids.gr, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during the transport, etc. then we take full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost, as well as the shipping costs.
In case of incorrect choice of number, or plan, the customer is charged with the return and re-shipping costs which are € 5 by bank deposit or € 7.5 by cash on delivery.
Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer in case he exercises the right of withdrawal. The returned products must be in the condition they were received, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, necessarily accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal together with all the documents which accompanied the product (eg retail receipt). Replacement
The Company will do its best to replace the product you returned, whether the product is defective (same code, resizable or color-coded), the wrong code has been sent, or the size is not right for you. For the best possible service, we suggest, within 2 working days from the date of receipt, to inform us either by phone or by e-mail about the desire to replace it. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you alternatives.
